摘　　要： 提高县域工业的竞争力是发展县域经济的关键问题,利用地区优势生产要素、周边地区先进产业发展所形成的需求条件及市场机遇选择县域经济发展的主导产业,通过产业集聚来培养高级生产要素和促成相关及支持性产业的发展,通过政府作用来促进高级生产要素的培育和公平竞争环境的形成对于建立县域经济的竞争力非常重要。 Increasing the competitiveness of counties＇ industries is the key problem that should be resolved in the developing of Counties＇ economy in China. Firstly making use of production having comparative advantage in a county and requirement condition and mar- ket opportunities brought by the developing of advanced industry of circumjacent areas; cultivating high-class agents of production and causing the development of correlative and backup industries through industry centralizing; accelerating the cultivation of high-class agents of production and the forming of a fair and competitive circumstance through governmental functions are all important in building industries＇ competitive strength of a county.
