摘　　要： 速度与顾客化服务将成为21世纪竞争的主要"武器",大幅压缩响应时间是供应链基于时间竞争追求的目标。以一个三阶供应链为研究对象,界定了供应链响应时间的概念与结构模型。在此基础上,采用环节分析法,建立了基于TCODP(Time-dimension Customer Order Decoupling Point)的供应链响应时间计算模型。基于TCODP在供应链中的不同位置,分别描述了4种订单定制类型下供应链响应时间的构成特征。给出了一个案例应用。 Reducing response time greatly is the goal for supply chain competing against time. Taking a three-echelon supply chain as a research object, this paper defines the concept and configurable model of response time, and then employs the cycle-analysis method to set up a model for calculating response time. The distribution of response time of supply chain is obtained based on time-dimension customer order decoupling point （TCODP） for four different kinds of order-customization environments. An example is included.
