摘 要: 供应链管理理念和信息技术的迅速发展及激烈的市场竞争推动了物流服务内容的创新。创新路径的选择是物流企业制定竞争战略、获取竞争优势的重要依据。物流企业应基于自身资源、竞争地位及客户状况的特点选择不同的创新路径和竞争策略。 The rapid development of supply chain management concept and information technology, and intense market competition motivate the innovation of logistics service. Choice of innovative ways lays the vital foundation for logistics enterprises establishing competitive strategy and gaining competitive advantage. Logistics enterprises should choose different innovative ways and competitive strategies based on their own recourses, competitive status and customers' situation.
