摘 要: 针对纯碱碳化过程的复杂建模问题,提出基于T-S模型的自适应神经模糊推理系统(ANFIS)的建模方法。该方法提取碳化过程出碱流量与塔内温度分布及进塔物料的实测数据,建立反映过程出碱流量变化的两种非线性模型。文章通过仿真对两种模型进行了对比,从反应机理上给出了模型优劣产生的原因。 The paper introduces a kind of adaptive neural-fuzzy inference systems (ANFIS) based on T-S model to deal with the modeling problem of the complex soda carbonization process. With the measured soda-output flux, temperature and input material data, two nonlinear models which explain the variety of the soda-output flux are built. The comparison between two models and the inducing reason are represented in simulation process.
