摘　　要： 本文首先比较了西方报纸的"重新设计"与中国报纸的"改版",认为二者之间在主体、成本和理念上都存在着巨大区别;随即把2007年西方报纸重新设计上的主要特点进行了归纳,认为2007年的西方报纸呈现出内容时尚化、设计简约化、头版商业化、报型瘦小化的趋势。西方报纸的这次重新设计给中国报纸带来许多有益的启示。 Drawing a comparison between the redesign of western newspapers in 2007 and the revision of China＇s newspapers, the article argues that there are great differences between them in executants, cost and conception. It also summarizes the main characteristics of the redesign, including fashioning of content, simplification of design, commercialization of the front page and diminishing of the size. The redesign trend has been giving many beneficial inspirations to China＇s newspapers.
