摘　　要： 分别以微波、超声波及微波-超声波复合诱变选育透明质酸产生菌,结果获得1株高产突变株,其透明质酸的产量较出发菌株提高了60%。经5次传代后,该菌株遗传性状稳定。 A high hyaluronic acid producing strain was obtained after mutagenesis by microwave irradiation, ultrasonic wave and the combination of two methods treatment. The hyaluronic acid productivity of the mutant was increased by 60% compared with the parental strain. The high producing mutant was genetically stable after five subcultures.
