摘 要: 为了加快多孔金属材料在污水生物处理中的应用,提供高效的污水生物处理的生物载体,文章采用激光共聚焦显微镜对海绵铁、锰铁、硅铁的表面状况进行描述,并进行了浸润和挂膜试验研究,结果表明多孔金属表面粗糙,有许多孔隙,适合微生物附着;挂膜效果除了与表面状况相关外,还与材料主要成分的分子量有关. In order to speed up porous metal application to sewage biological treatment, and provide the bio-carriers of high efficiency, three porous metals are studied through surface description and biofilm experiment. The surface status of sponge iron, ferromanganese, and ferrosilicon are observed under laser confocal microscope, presenting the experiments of infiltration and bio-film. The results show that porous metals surface are rough, and have many porous, suitable to microoganisms adsorption; the bio-film effect is related to surface status and molecular weight of main component.
