摘 要: 研究了硝酸氧化松香的反应,以探讨硝酸用量和反应时间对氧化反应的影响。采用红外光谱、紫外光谱、液质联用对松香氧化产物的结构进行了测定。实验结果表明:以硝酸为氧化剂,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,在反应温度为75℃,反应时间为8 h,n硝酸∶n松香=22∶1时,氧化产物酸值达到318 mg KOH/g。松香中的主要成分已发生了氧化,共轭双键断裂生成了多羧基氧化产物,初步推断出可能的3个主要氧化产物的结构分别为:3-异丙基-6-(1,3-二甲基-2,3-二羧基环己基)苯甲酸,6-(1,3-二甲基-2,3-二羧基环己基)-1,3-苯二甲酸,12-硝基-7,11,14-三羰基-△8(9)-枞酸。 Experiment was carried out on effect of dosage of nitric acid and reaction duration on oxidation of rosin by nitric acid. Determination products by FTIR, UV and LC-MS showed that the acid value of the oxidation product topped 318 mgKOH/g under the condition of the ethyl acetate as solvent, reaction temperature at 75℃ and the reaction duration by 8 hours, mole ratio ofn (nitric acid) : n (rosin) = 22 : 1. It was found that the carboxyl in oxidation product increased evidently. Three possible compounds in oxidation products were as following: 2-(2,3-dicarbxyl-l,3-dimethyl cyclohexyl)-4-isoprolyl benzoic acid, 6-(2,3-dicarboxyl-1,3-dimethyl cyclohexyl)-1,3-phthalic acid and 12-nitro-7,11,14-triketo-△8(9)-abietic acid.
