摘 要: 极端气候条件引起的输电线路覆冰导致输电线路和杆塔的严重损害,这使得快速恢复送电变得非常困难。为了防止这种情况的再次出现,进行输电线路的融冰是一种很好的方法。与交流融冰法不一样,在一定的环境条件下,直流融冰所需要的电源容量仅决定于需要融冰线路的直流电阻和导线长度。通过对南方电网各电压等级架空线路直流融冰参数进行仔细分析和计算,提出了适用于南方电网的交流输电线路的直流融冰技术方案,同时也对南方电网直流输电线路和接地极引线的保线和融冰技术方案进行了分析计算。。 Ice accumulation on transmission lines in extreme climatic events can result in severe damage to the lines and towers, with the possibility of being unable to restore the service quickly enough to preserve electricity supplies to customers. De-icing the transmission line is good method to prevent such a situation. Compared with AC-based de-icing method, DC-based deicers inject a high direct current into the transmission line to melt ice, and the capacity of DC deicer only depend on the DC resistance and length of the transmission line. Based on the calculation and analysis of the transmission line deicing parameters, the DC based de-icing technical scheme for the typical AC transmission lines in China Southern Power Grid is proposed. In addition, the defending and de-icing methods for the HVDC transmission and electrode lines are proposed.
