摘 要: 教师专业发展既要有教师本人的努力,也要有外在环境的配合与助力,其中校长的管理风格是教师专业发展中重要的影响因素。本文以不同类型的校长对本校教师专业发展的影响进行个案分析,探讨校长对教师专业发展中教师的内在动机、专业态度、专业精神等因素的影响,以期引起人们对教师在职专业发展中校长管理风格及其影响的思考。 Teacher professional development structure and increase the professional ability, is a process which teachers could enrich their knowledge and it includes three aspects of professional knowledge structure, professional level and professional attitude. Teachers should make great efforts in their professional development. Meanwhile they also need the support of outer environment, and principal's management style is the most important factor on teachers' professional development. This case study aims to analyze the influence how the different principals affect their teachers' inner motivation, professional attitude and professional spirit in their professional development.
