摘 要: 从对国内外文献检索的情况来看,以往缺乏对酒店一线员工薪酬福利的研究,已有的极少量研究也是含糊和零散的,忽视了一线员工薪酬福利对整个酒店运营的影响。通过对广州多家的五星级酒店一线员工的访谈和调查,得知他们目前的薪酬福利情况,并就收入情况对五星级酒店造成的蝴蝶效应进行了分析:一是酒店薪酬福利状况与一线员工的高流失率相关;二是酒店培训效果的弱化;三是五星级酒店服务表现欠佳。最后提出了几点改进措施。 There is a minimum of study about the salary of front-line employee of five star hotels, and most of them are vague and scattered. Paying little attention to the salary and welfare of front-line employee could make a great impact on the whole management of five-star hotels. This paper makes a clear description of front-line employee's salary and welfare through inter-view and investigation of several five-star hotels in Guangzhou. Then it makes an analysis based on their salary and welfare conditions and Butterfly Effect theory: at first, the high rate of run-off employee is relevant to their low salary and welfare condition; secondly, the results of hotel training is weakened;thirdly, the performance of service of five star hotels is poor. At last, several corrective measures are raised.
