摘 要: 用有限元法对带肋圆柱壳结构典型跨跨中和肋骨根部的12个应力值进行了分析,在典型跨跨中的6个应力中,外表面上第3主应力的绝对值(TBMAX3)总是最大,在典型跨肋骨根部的6个应力中,内表面上第3主应力的绝对值(BLMAX3)总是最大。故在对带肋圆柱壳结构进行强度评价时分别选用TBMAX3和BLMAX3作为强度评价的依据。TBMAX3和BLMAX3随网格单元尺寸的减小有增大的趋势,当单元尺寸分别减小到160mm和20mm时,TBMAX3和BLMAX3的数值分别趋于稳定。本文的研究对带肋圆柱壳结构的强度分析与设计具有一定的指导意义。 In this paper twelve stress conditions of the typical span are studied with finite element method.In the middle of typical span,the TBMAX3 is always the maxinum among variable six stresses.In the root of ring-stiffened,the BLMAX3 is always the maxinum in the six stresses.TBMAX3 and BLMAX3 increase when the element size shorten,but when the element size is 160 mm and 20 mm,TBMAX3 and BLMAX3 change very little respectively.So the element size should be 160 mm and 20 mm when TBMAX3 and BLMAX3 are calculated.The researches in this paper are very useful to the strength analysis and design of ring-stiffened cylindrical shells.
