摘 要: 介绍了1种由新型高选择性催化剂催化硅醇缩聚的基础硅树脂聚合物制备方法。采用自制高选择性催化剂催化硅醇的缩聚反应,优化了水解、水洗、浓缩工艺,有机基团与硅原子的物质的量的比和苯基基团与有机基团的物质的量的比分别以1~2和0.2~0.6为宜。制备的2种典型基础硅树脂,具有固化活性高、涂膜固化温度低、固化后涂膜不返粘、对基材粘附牢固等特性,用途广泛。 A preparation method for basic silicon resin polymer through polycondensation with a new type high-selectivity catalyst is introduced. Hydrolysis, washing and condensation processes are optimized. Ratio of the amount of organic group and silicon atom should be 1~2, the ratio of the amount of phenyl and organic group should be 0.2~0.6. Two typical silicone resins thus prepared have such properties as high curing reactivity, low curving temperature, no after-tack after curving, and strong adhesion between the coatings and the substrates, which are widely used.
