摘　　要： 大豆异黄酮结构与17-(雌二醇相似具有弱雌激素作用。绝经后妇女的心血管疾病、骨质疏松、肥胖、乳腺癌等发病率升高。大豆异黄酮通过多种机制预防绝经后妇女的骨质疏松症、心血管疾病、肥胖、激素相关性癌症如乳腺癌等。文章综述了近年来有关大豆异黄酮与绝经后妇女相关疾病的研究进展。 Soy isoflavones have weak estrogen and multiple physiological activities. The risk of estrogen- related diseases in postmenopausal women is increased. Isoflavones could prevent osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease,obesity and breast cancer in postmenopausal women. This paper reviewed the effects of soy isoflavones on cardiovascular disease,osteoporosis, obesity and breast cancer in postmenopausal women.
