摘 要: 旅游企业是企业的一部分,它在企业文化上有着一般企业文化的共性,但由于行业的特殊性,在企业文化上也有着自己的个性特点。服务性是旅游企业文化的基本特征;文化性是旅游企业文化的固有特征;涉外性是旅游企业文化的重要特征。并且指出了旅游企业文化发展趋势和旅游企业文化建设的内容、原则与方法。 While sharing certain features with other enterprises, tourist enterprises boast their own characteristics owing to the special kind of business they are involved in. It is pointed out in this article that tourist enterprise culture is service-oriented, culture-rich, and foreign-related. The development trend, contents, construction principles and measures of tourist enterprise culture are also described.
