摘　　要： 玉器产品属于宽公差的复杂曲面产品,其设计具有尺寸精度相对弱化,美学品质相对强化,制造材料珍贵稀缺的特点。针对玉器产品的上述特点,将逆向工程技术和排样优化理论应用于产品的设计制造,详细介绍玉器产品的数据采集和曲面重构建模过程,介绍排样优化系统设计。通过运用逆向设计技术和排样技术解决了传统玉器设计落后、设计人员匮乏及玉器石材利用率低的问题,缩短了玉器产品的设计周期,为企业带来了良好的效益。 Jade products are complex surface products, their design has relative weakened size precision, aesthetic quality relative enhancement, the material characteristics of the precious scarce. Against the above characteristics of jade products, reverse engineering and optimal packing theory applied to the design and manufacture of jade products. Detailed introduce jade products data collection and surface reconstruction, and on the characteristics of jade stone introduce optimal packing system design. Through the application of reverse design and packing technology solved the problems of the traditional backward design, the lack of staff and low utilization of jade stone, shortened the design cycle, for enterprises brought good results.
