摘　　要： 政党监督是现代政治权力监督体系必不可少的组成部分,是我国政党制度中的固有之义。建构我国政党监督制度应该通过执政党的自主推动,借鉴人类优秀政治文明成果,创新机制,立法治党,依法监督,以各种形式多向监督执政党。参政党要增强自身素质,勇于开展监督。 Intendance of the party is an integral part in the intendance system of modern politics power, and the inherent meaning. Constructing the intendance system of the party in China must be impelled by the reign party＇s self-determination, using the excellence civilization result of the human for reference, innovating the mechanism, controlling the party according to the law, supervising the reign party through various forms. The joining party must boost up self diathesis, and have the courage to supervise.
