摘 要: 简要介绍聚酰亚胺/纳米无机物杂化材料所用的纳米材料特性、分类、用途及机理,归纳了二者杂化的制备方法、形态结构及热学、电学和力学性能。提出了聚酰亚胺的合成和纳米无机物杂化材料尚需进一步研究的内容。 The characteristic, the sort, the function mechanism of inorganic nanocomposite materials hybrided with polyimide, which was applied to Flexible Copper Clad Lamination (FCCL) were briefly introduced. The preparation methods, structure and main properties of the polyimide nanocomposite were discussed and reviewed. In the end, the further studies on the field were proposed.
