摘　　要： 以阳离子交换树脂为载体,接枝聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)并季铵盐化制成水不溶季铵盐聚合物杀菌剂。填充制作杀菌柱,通入一定菌浓度的菌悬液,通过调节流量以控制停留时间的方法来杀菌。经过杀菌测试以及应用试验,证实该杀菌柱对水中的异养菌、真菌、藻类等都有良好的杀菌效果,在菌浓度105个/mL下,杀菌率都能达到90%以上。 With cation exchange resin as carrier, insoluble quaternary ammonium salt bactericide was prepared through crafting PEI and quaternizing it at the same time. Prepared an antiseptic column filled with the said bactericide, and then inflowed certain amount of bacterial suspension, through adjusting flux and controlling retention time, sterilization was realized. Based on the sterilization test and application experiment, the said antiseptic column was proved to have good bactericidal effect to heterotrophyic bacteria, epiphyte and alga, when the bacterial concentration was below 105 units/mL, the sterilization rate reached 90% or even above.
