摘 要: 研究了小茴香秆造纸法制造烟草薄片的工艺,并研究了制造过程中杂气祛除方法。研究结果表明:小茴香秆最佳的蒸煮预处理温度为100℃,保温时间4h;蒸煮预处理后立即热磨,磨浆间隙控制在0.15mm,对应的打浆度为50°SR。髓细胞是产生抽吸时杂气的主要原因,小茴香秆制浆过程中需进行充分洗涤,除去髓细胞。 The paper investigates the technology of making tobacco sheet of fennel stalk with papermaking method, and removing method of offensive odor in the process. The findings indicate that the optimal cooking temperature in pretreatment was 100℃, holding time was 4h; an immediate heat refining taken after pretreat- merit cooking with refiner gap of 0.15mm and the beating degree was 50°SR. The offensive odor in suction arose from marrow cell, which must be removed in pulping process of fennel stalk through well washing.
