自制微电极分析pH对硝化反应的影响研究

摘  要: 为了从微观角度定性和定量分析硝化反应,采用自制离子选择性微电极研究了pH对活性污泥絮体内硝化反应的影响。结果表明,(1)NH4+转化率随pH的增大而增大,pH=6.5时,NH4+转化率仅为38.4%,pH=8.5时达到90.4%;(2)pH越大,硝化菌对O2的竞争能力越强,pH=6.5时,消耗的O2中仅有18.1%用于硝化反应,pH=8.5时则高达91.2%;(3)pH=8.5时的O2最低摩尔浓度仅为20.6μmol/L,而硝化反应却最完全,说明pH=6.5和7.5时,抑制硝化反应的主要因素是pH。 To study nitrification qualitatively and quantitatively from micro perspectives, the effect of pH on nitrification inside the activated sludge flocs was investigated employing home made microelectrodes (probes) for measurements of pH, NO3^- and NH4^+. The experimental data showed that: 1) more ammonia was converted at a higher pH, e. g. , the ammonia conversion rate was 38.4% at pH=6.5 vs. 90.4% at pH=8.5; 2) a higher pH resulted in more intense competition for O2, e.g. , total O2 consumption was 18.1% for nitrification at pH=6.5 vs. 91.2% at pH=8. 5; 3) pH was a more important factor than O2 for inhibition of nitrification as evidenced by the highest nitrification rate and the most complete nitrification observed at pH= 8.5 although its O2 of 20.6 μmol/L was lower than the O2 of a lower pH (pH=6.5 and 7.5).
