摘 要: 介绍了现代矫直设备和技术的发展水平,对其中比较典型的设备进行了功能和结构特点分析,针对厚板矫直过程,对矫直理论现状进行了分析,并对厚板矫直后残余应力预测与控制、计算机控制系统进行了阐述。 This paper introduces the development of leveler and leveling technology. For some typical devices, the character of function and structure are analyzed. Regarding plate leveling process, an analysis is given conceming the present state of leveling theory. And the paper also shows a prediction and control of residual stress as well as the computer system used.
