摘 要: 对于最大幅宽为500mm的胶片,提出了一种基于线阵CCD技术实现印刷电路板胶片尺寸及缺陷的在线检测方法。设计的线阵CCD和被测胶片相结合的二维双向运动机构完成扫描成像。设计的成像系统使得线阵CCD成像范围覆盖一个被测单元的幅面,避免了图像拼接时所引入的误差。扫描图像先经模板匹配定位感兴趣区域,再对针孔区域、缺角区域分别采用了区域生长法和差影法来实现缺陷检测,线段区域则通过区域分割法来实现尺寸测量。实验表明,该方法不仅能够对针孔、缺角进行有效的判别,而且能准确地测量出线宽和线间距,分辨率可达0.025mm。 Based on linear CCD technology, the online measuring method for size and defects on BCB film was presented, when the largest width of film was 500 ram. The scanning images were realized by the two-way movement system of the linear CCD and the measured film. The width of the measured unit was covered by the imaging range of the linear CCD. The errors which came from image assembling were avoided. The interested parts were extracted by template matching method. Region growing was used in detecting pinhole. Segmentation of difference image was used in detecting unfilled corner, and region-dependent segmentation was used in measuring size. Experiment results show that the PCB film's defects can be detec- ted and classified. The size measurement resolution reaches 0. 025 mm.
