利用CFD模拟和PIV实验方法研究新型伞形罩洗涤器流场

摘  要: 针对燃煤锅炉的烟尘和二氧化硫等有害气体的污染问题,研发出一种新型伞形罩洗涤器。利用CFD模拟和PIV实验方法对其气相流场进行研究。CFD模拟时,选择雷诺应力模型(RSM)和SIMPLE算法模拟连续相气流运动,包括模拟入口气速uin=10.6~15.5m/s时的压降;再在uin=10.8~17.3m/s时,用数字压力计测得新装置的压降;并在‰=12m/s时,用PIV实验验证了新型洗涤器的气相流场。结果表明洗涤器的压降随人口速度增大而增大;其中,压降模拟值在220~480Pa之间,而测试值在204~680Pa之间。流场的CFD模拟和PIv测试结果显示:气流绕过伞形罩时湍流剧烈,在其周围形成多个小旋涡,增加了接触面积,延长了停留时间,有利于分离净化。 A new-type umbrella plate scrubber was developed in terms of the dust, dioxide sulfur, and deleterious gaseous pollution, which were effluent from coal-burning boilers. The airflow field was studied by CFD simulation and PIV experimental methods. Initial work included not only airflow continuous phase CFD simulation using turbulent models RSM and SIMPLE algorithm, but also the pressure drop simulation with the range of the inlet-velocity ui, = 10.6- 15.5 m/s. Furthermore, the pressure drop was measured by digital manometer with ui, = 10.8 - 17.3m/s. At the ui, = 12m/s, the airflow field was measured by PIV and compared with the CFD simulation results near the umbrella plates. The results show that the pressure drop increases with the inlet-veloclty increase and the simulated pressure drop is 220 - 480Pa, while the measured pressure drop is 204 - 680Pa. The airflow field of the CFD simulation and PIV measurement indicate that the turbulent flow is intense and small vortexes exist round the umbrella plates, which is of benefit to separation and purification because the contact surface area is increased and the retention time is lengthened.
