摘 要: 目的:本文运用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定了红豆杉和三尖杉中Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn6种微量元素。方法:用浓硝酸微波消解样品,采用标准曲线法测定。结果:所测定的三尖杉中含有丰富的人体必需金属元素,采用此方法回收率在95.0%~110.0%之间。结论:本方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。 Objective: Six trace elements content was direct analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy including Fe, Cu, Mg,Ca,Mn,Zn in Cephalotaxus fortunei Hook. f.. and Taxus chinensis var. mairei. Methods:The sample was diluted by microwave with HNO3 , The method is simple and rapid by calibration curve method. Results: The results show that the Cephalotaxus fortunei Hook. f. and Taxus chinensis var. mairei embrace lots of trace elements which is necessary for people. The recoveries of these microelements are between 96.5% to 110.0%. Conclusion: The result of the method is accurate and satisfactory.
