摘　　要： 低年资主治医师是综合医院医教研等各项工作的生力军,其临床能力的提高是医院人才梯队建设的重要任务。通过分析青年主治医师存在的主要问题,开展规范化培训,制定个性化培训计划,规范培训管理,有助于低年资主治医师的成长及其临床技能、思维能力、医患沟通等素质的全面提高。 Young attending doctors are a new force of overall works including clinical practice, teaching, and research in the general hospital. How to improve the clinical capability of these doctors is an important task for the human resources construction of a general hospital. Implementation of standardized training is helpful for young attending doctors to grow and improve their capability of clinical practice, thinking and communication.
