摘　　要： 供应链系统物流财务管理结构属于开放型的复杂性体系。供应链系统物流财务管理绩效是其分形元财务绩效的非线性集成,具有网链式、多层次结构、开放性系统、非线性行为动态等管理复杂性特征。系统各分形元之间是一个广泛而紧密联系的网络;物流财务管理系统的层次性和多功能结构,能在发展过程中通过不断学习,对其层次结构与多功能结构进行重组并优化递进。供应链物流财务管理通过系统集成方式将分形单元有机结合起来,使集成体的整体功能/绩效得到倍增和涌现。 The structure of logistics financial management of supply chain system is an open system with complexity. The efficiency of logistics financial management of supply chain system is a nonlinear integration of fractal structure＇s financial performance with the complex characteristic of net-chain management, management of multilayer structure, management of open system, non-linear dynamic behavior management. There is a broad and close contacted network among the system fractal units; the levels and multi-functional structures of logistics financial management system can reorganize its hierarchical and multi- functional structures in the course of development through continuous learning. Logistics＇ financial management of supply chain system combines integrated cells organically by certain ways which makes the integral function and effectiveness of the integrated unit multiplied and presented.
