鱼油对鲤生长及脂质代谢的影响
Influence of FISH OIL on Growth and Lipid Metabolism in Common Carp(cyprinus carpio)

摘  要: 为进一步探讨鱼油对鲤生长、脂质代谢的影响,进行了鱼油饲养及高不饱和脂肪酸(Highly unsaturated fatty acid,HUFA)灌喂2个试验。结果显示:限饲条件下,鲤能较好利用鱼油用于生长,且鱼油促生长作用有优于豆油的趋势;鱼油可抑制鲤的肝胰脏脂质合成及外源脂质进入肝胰脏,影响脂质在组织间的分配。这些作用与其富含的HUFA有关。 The objective of the two experiments was to test the influence of fish oil and the HUFA(Highly unsaturated fatty acid) in it on growth and lipid metabolism in common carp( Cyprinus carpio). A feeding trial with fish oil and soybean oil(Experiment 1) and a HUFA (Highly unsaturated fatty acid) product orally administration experiment (Experiment 2) were performed. In Experiment 1, juvenile carps (mean body weight 43.0 + 2.8 g)were reared in 4 aquariums fed with semi-purified diets supplemented with fish oil (Fish oil group) and soybean oil( control group) respectively for 61 days. The indexes of growth, the activity of several lipid metabolic enzymes in hepatopancreas were detected. In Experiment 2, juvenile carps(mean body weight 23.5 ± 0.5 g) were orally administered with HUFA(750 mg/kg, body weight individually). Hepatopancreas samples were collected respectively at 0, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 16 h and 32 h after the administration. The activity of MDH in hepatopancreas was assayed. The results showed that; ① The feed conversion ratio, absolute growth rate and relative growth rate in the fish oil group were higher than those in the control group, respectively, but the difference was not significant (P 〉 0.05) ; ② Intraperitoneal fat body (IPF) ratio( % ) was significantly higher in the fish oil group than the control group, but no significant effect of dietary treatment was observed for the other biological parameters, such as condition factor, gutted body ratio etc.; ③ In terms of lipid metabolism, the activity of malate dehydrogenase(MDH) and lipoprotein lipase(LPL) in the fish oil group were significantly lower than that of MDH in the control group(P 〈 0.05), but no significant effect of dietary treat- ment was observed for the glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-P-DH) activity( P〉0.05) ; ④ The activity of MDH at 2 h and 4 h in HUFA group was significantly lower than those in the control group( P 〈 0.05), but no significant
