摘　　要： 文章在研究企业核心竞争力内容与评价方法的基础上,结合企业所处外贸行业发展特性和国有企业经营的特点,提出反映企业资源、能力以及与环境协调发展的国有外贸企业核心竞争力评价体系。随后,文章通过引入AHP分析模型,将各种指标逐项进行多指标分析综合,从而评价出企业核心竞争力总体水平的高低。 On basis of analysis of all consist factors and evaluation processes of enterprises＇ core competence, and concentration the developing characters in the foreign trade industry and the operation characters in the state-owned enterprises, this paper introduces Core Competence evaluation indexes＇ system of foreign trade State Owned enterprises to reflect the condition of resources, capabilities in the enterprises and the coordinative development with the environment.
