摘　　要： 作者就我国的地方高等教育如何加强基本理论教育,夯实学生创新基础,加强创新人才培养,使培养的学生能在将来工作岗位上充分发挥聪明才智,创造性地处理工作中所遇到的问题进行了探索,提出要紧密结合地方经济建设和社会发展的需要,坚持"准确专业定位、严格过程控制、加强内涵建设"的高等教育理念。 Focusing on how to reinforce basic theory education and strengthen students＇creation foundation in local higher education, the anther explores how to cultivate the students＇ creative talent so that they can extert their intelligence and resolve problems creativelly on their job in the future. A philosophy of higher education should be combined with the need of local ceonomic construction and social development. ＂Right profession position, strict process controlling and strong connotation construction＂ is proposed in this paper.
