摘　　要： [目的]了解广州地区三甲医院的住院医师对医学论文写作有关知识的掌握情况。[方法]自行设计调查表,对68名住院医师进行问卷调查,内容包括基本情况及其对论文写作有关知识掌握情况的自我评价和客观评价等。[结果]68名住院医师中,本科学历33名,研究生以上学历35名;对"医学论文写作方法的掌握程度"的自我评分平均为4.8分,实际评价得分平均为5.9分。46人(67.6%)熟悉医学文献检索的方法,40人(58.8%)了解本专业国内研究热点,21人(30.9%)了解国外研究热点,不同学历者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);45人(66.2%)认为没有好的选题是撰写论文最主要的困难。[结论]现阶段广州地区三甲医院的住院医师对论文写作相关知识的了解总体来说还不够,但研究生以上学历者相对较好;没有好的选题是住院医师撰写论文时面临的最主要困难。 [Purpose] To investigate the knowledge on writing medical paper grasped by resident doctors in Grade Ⅲ A hospital, Guangzhou area. [Method] A total of 68 resident doctors were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire on essential information of them, and their self evaluaion and objective evaluation of writing medical paper knowledge that they mastered. [Results ] Of the 68 resident doctors surveyed, 33 were undergraduates and 35 were postgraduates. Their mean self evaluation score on knowledge of writing medical paper was 4.8 and the mean objective score was 5.9. Forty-six resident doctors（67.6%） mastered the methods of literature review, 40（58.8%） knew the internal hotspot of researches in their major, 21（30.9%） knew the overseas hotspot, and there were statistical differences between undergraduates group and postgraduates group （P〈0.05）. Forty-five resident doctors （66.2%） thought that no good project was the most troublesome of writing paper. [Conclusion] At present, the knowledge on writing medical paper of the resident doetors in Grade mA hospital, Guangzhou area is not enough, especially that of the undergraduate resident doctors. No good project is the most troublesome of writing medical paper for them.
