摘　　要： 木脂素类化合物是一类天然酚类化合物,具有优良的生物学活性,如抗艾滋病、保肝、抗氧化、抗癌、降血压等。其广泛的药理作用,独特的作用机制已引起人们的广泛关注。综述了木脂素类化合物的制备、用途和展望。 Lignans , which are natural phenolic compounds ,have good biological activities, such as anti- HIV, anti- hepatitis , anti- oxidation , anticancer ,lowering blood pressure, etc. Their extensive pharmacological actions and unique mechanisms have caused wide public concern. This essay summarizes the preparations of lignans, their usages and prospect.
