摘 要: 利用定量金相分析、显微硬度测试、压痕断裂试验、结合强度测试和摩擦磨损试验,通过正交设计试验对等离子喷涂纳米结构Al2O3-13%TiO2(AT13)基陶瓷涂层的工艺进行了优化。分析了工艺参数、微观结构、力学性能之间的关系,提出了喷涂工艺图的建立方法,建立了相应的三维关系图。通过该工艺图可确定各个性能最优的工艺参数范围。 By means of quantitative image analysis , microhardness test, indentation fracture test, adhesion strength test and wear resistance test, the process parameters of plasma sprayed nanostructured Al2O3-13% TiO2 (AT13)- based ceramic coatings were optimized by orthogonal design experiments. The relationships of process parameters, microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed and further more, a method for establishment of process maps was presented, and the corresponding three-dimensional maps were established. And the range of the optimal process parameters can be easily predicted by these process maps.
