摘 要: 用C-均值聚类方式对毒物负荷冲击下的UASB反应器所有数据进行了聚类分析,由反应器稳定运行状态时的性能参数值分别确定了稳定、较稳定、较不稳定和不稳定运行状态的隶属函数.结果表明,估计反应器运行状态的最佳因素集为{VFA、ALK、VGP、CH4},VFA、ALK、VGP和CH4的最佳权重分别为0.40、0.20、0.10和0.30;模糊综合评判模型可有效的估计毒物负荷冲击下厌氧反应器运行状态,并能判定反应器在各个时刻处于不同运行状态的隶属度. The fuzzy C-mean cluster method was used to analyze the data collected from an Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket reactor (UASB) shocked with toxic load, so as to obtain the membership function of various operation states of the UASB reactor from its performance parameters under stable operating conditions. The results showed that the factor collection [Volatile Fatty Acids (VFA) , Alkalinity (ALK) , Volume Gas Production (VGP) , and CH4] reflected the actual operating states of the anaerobic bioreactor, and their optimum weights were distributed as [0.40, 0.20, 0.10, 0.30 ]. It is therefore concluded that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model could effectively estimate the operating state of the anaerobic bioreactor, and could determine the membership degree of different operation states at any time.
