摘 要: 对FGH95粉末高温合金进行了3种温度下应变率跳级单向拉伸试验和550℃下控制应变的疲劳试验评定。分析了该材料在室温和高温下的应变率敏感性以及其循环应力应变特性,结果表明:FGH95是一种循环硬化材料,对应变率不甚敏感。为进一步开展其粘塑性特性研究、建立这种材料的本构关系和粉末冶金涡轮盘的应力分析、寿命研究提供了试验依据。 The experimental studies on strain rate response of power metallurgy superalloy FGH95 at room temperature, 350℃ and 550℃, and the cyclic loading response at 550℃ are presented. The sensitivity of strain rate at room temperature and cyclic stress strain curves at high temperature are analyzed. Experimental results show that FGH95 is a kind of cycle hardening material, and not so sensitive to strain rate. These experiments can be regarded as a basis for further experimental study on FGH95 visco plasticity, establishing its constitutive relationship and analyzing the stress of fatigue life of power metallurgy turbine disc.
