摘 要: 主要围绕《管理学报》"学术讨论"栏目的系列文章展开讨论:首先检讨了"和谐管理理论"存在的问题,同时也肯定了其"规范学术"的研究进程;接着针对"东方管理学"、"和合管理理论"的相关表述,分析论证了这2种理论比较明显的"意识形态"倾向,以及缺乏"直面管理实践"经验基础的不足,指出学术界应该审慎对待类似的中国管理理论建构;最后,就如何强化中国管理研究提出了几点建议。 Drawing on the series papers labeled as Chinese Management Theory in CJM,the au thor firstly questions He Xie Management Theory in several key issues, at the same time, confirms HXMT's research agenda which is in conformance with academic standard ,the author secondly doubts the other two Chinese style Management Theories named as Oriental Management Theory and He-he Management (Theory) which look like ideological umbrellas rather than social sciences based on em pirical researches, then the author suggests more prudent attitude to construct Chinese Management Theory,finally,the author makes some comments on enhancing Management Research in China.
