摘 要: 表面修饰有可反应性双键的纳米SiO2微粒(RNS)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)在水溶液中,以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,通过自由基接枝共聚合方法,制备了纳米复合物鞣剂PMBA/RNS并应用于制革。主鞣山羊浸酸皮的结果表明:坯革收缩温度达到83℃,增厚124.5%。和MAA-BA共聚物、铬复鞣革相比较,PMBA/RNS复鞣革表现出更好的物理机械性能。X-射线衍射(XRD)分析结果表明,SiO2纳米微粒在革制品中的引入,增强了鞣剂与皮胶原纤维之间的交联作用,使得鞣制革具有更好的强度和韧性。 A new nanocomposite tanning agent PMBA/RNS was prepared throuth, grafting polymerization of reactive nanosized SiO2 (RNS) with MAA and BA by initiating with APS in aqueous solution. The application of PMBA/RNS in leather making shows that the shrinkage temperature of the pickled goatskin is 83℃ and the thickness is increased by 124.5%. PMBA/RNS retanning leather shows the better physical- mechanical properties than MAA-BA and chrome retanning leather. The SiO2 nanopartieles introduced into the leather enhance the interaction between the tanning agents and collagen, so the tannage has the higher intensity and toughness.
