摘　　要： 池田大作对人才的本质、意义、造就和使用等问题有深刻而独到的见解,形成了以人为本、开放包容、注重实践的人才观,具有非常重要的研究价值和现实意义。 Daisaku Ikeda has his profound and original view on the nature, connotation, cultivation and employment of promising people, which takes shape of his view of talents that is open and tolerant, centers on the educated people and attaches importance to practice. So his unique view is worth studying and full of great realistic significance for research.
