摘 要: 分析了珠江广州河段枯水期表层水中雌激素化合物的污染状况.结果表明,在所有样品中均检测出了双酚A(BPA)和雌酮(E1),其浓度范围分别为97.8—540.6ng·l-1(中值为145.9ng·l-1)和2.5—8.2ng·l-1(中值为4.5ng·l-1);两种化合物的最高值都出现在前航道的东圃大桥,最低值则在黄埔水道的黄埔港,其空间分布主要与沿途生活污水和工业废水的排放有关. The surface water samples were collected in the dry season at the Guangzhou reach of the Pearl river, and the dissolved estrogenic compounds were analyzed. The result revealed that bisphenol A (BPA) and estrone ( El ) were detected in all the samples and their concentrations ranged from 97.8 to 540. 6 ng·1^- 1 and from 2.5 to 8.2 ng·1^-1, respectively, with a median value of 145.9 ng·1^-1 and 4. 5 ng·l^-1. The maximum values for BPA and El appeared in the Dongpu bridge site of the Upper channel, while the minimum values in the Huangpu harbor site of the Huangpu channel. The spatial distributions of these compounds were related to the discharge of domestic and industrial wastewater along the river reach.
