摘 要: 对经禽流感灭活疫苗免疫后具不同H5亚型AIHI抗体水平的50日龄马冈鹅,人工感染H5N1亚型HPAIV,采取发病死亡及扑杀鹅的脑、肝、脾、胰等器官,测定各组织中抗氧化酶如超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明,H5亚型AI疫苗免疫后,抗体水平在1∶0~1∶32之间时,人工感染H5N1亚型HPAIV后,SOD、POD活性明显低于未感染的鹅(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA的含量明显高于未感染的鹅(P<0.05或P<0.01);抗体水平在1∶64~1∶128之间时,鹅的SOD、POD和MDA值则接近未感染的鹅,说明脑、肝、脾、胰的组织中各种抗氧化酶参与了抵御H5N1亚型HPAIV的过程。 Having inoculated with AI oil-adjuvant inactivated vaccine, the 50 days Ma-gang geese had different H5 subtype AIHI antibody levels. The geese were manually infected by HSN1 subtype HPAIV, killed the different tissues such as brain, liver, spleen, pancreas. When they were dying off from disease, then antioxidation enzyme such as SOD,POD activity and the lipid peroxide MDA content. The result showed that the SOD,,POD activity of the geese with antibody levels between 1:0 and 1:32 were remarkably lower, and MDA content were remarkably higher. On the other hand, the results about the geese with antibody level between 1:64 and 1:128 were just opposite to those above. It was showed that antioxidation enzyme in brain, liver, spleen, pancreas of Ma-gang goose could defend HSN1 subtype HPAIV.
