摘 要: 采用拭子法对武汉市的市售动物性食品(猪肾、猪肝、猪肉)中的抗菌药物残留情况进行了抽样调查,结果发现武汉市上市猪肝阳性检出率为13%,猪肾阳性检出率为25%,猪肉阳性检出率为1%。用HPLC法对筛选结果为阳性的猪样品做一步确证分析,在肝脏和肾脏中均检出了青霉素、链霉素和金霉素的残留;猪肉中检出金霉素的残留,表明动物性食品抗菌药物残留的现状不容乐观。 Analysis of residues of antibiotic in animal food (pig kidneys, liver, pork) on the market of the Wuhan city was conducted using SWAB test. The results showed that 13% of liver, 25% of pig kidneys and 1% of pork was positive. The positive screening results of the pig samples were analyzed further by HPLC, the residues of penicillin streptomycin and aureomycinin were found in the liver and kidney. Aureomycin residues were found in pork. Residues of antibacterial drugs indicated that animal food was not optimistic.
