摘 要: 以二乙烯三胺、己二酸和环氧氯丙烷为原料,通过正交实验分析了反应中各因素对最终产物聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)树脂的黏度、阳离子度和湿强度的影响,进一步确定了制备PAE的最优工艺:二乙烯三胺和己二酸以等量在180℃下反应120min制备预聚体聚酰胺,再与环氧氯丙烷以等量在70℃、pH值7.0下反应70min。在该工艺条件下可制备出高固含量、高增湿强性能的PAE树脂。 In this study, diethylenetriamine, epichlorohydrin and adipic acid were used as raw materials to prepare the PAE resin. The influence of the reaction factors on the properties of the PAE resin, including viscosity, cation degree and wet strength, was analyzed by orthogonal test, and the optimal PAE resin preparation process was defined: the first step, diethylenetriamine and adipic acid were mixed in the same molar volume, and the mixture was heated at 180℃ for about 120 min to synthesis the polyamide-amine prepolymer; secondly, epichlorohydrin (lmol per one amideamine repeating unit) was added to the polyamideamine prepolymer, and the mixture was kept at 70℃, pH 7.0 for about 70 min to prepare PAE. Consequently, the PAE resin with high solid content and high wet strength was obtained.
