摘　　要： 选举不是民主的全部,但对于民主有着特殊的意义。制度层面和实践层面党外竞争性选举的出现和强化是加快党内民主建设的压力和动力,而党内选举的质量则直接关系到党内民主建设的水平。目前某些因素导致党内选举存在一些不足,但通过改善党内选举来促进党内民主是可取的方向。 Theoretically, election is only one part of democracy, but it is especially important. The appearance and development of agonistic democracy means that we have to improve the democracy in the party. Election in the party is connected deeply with the level of democracy in the party and still faces some problems. In the long run, the improvement of election in the party will lead to the advance of democracy in the party.
