摘　　要： 胶原蛋白具有良好的物理性能和生物学特性,在化工、食品、医学、生物材料以及农业等领域有着广泛的应用。本文综述了胶原蛋白结构和功能特点及其在化妆品、生物材料、饲料、制作皮革复鞣剂、涂饰成膜材料等方面的应用与研究进展。胶原蛋白基生物材料的应用具有很大的市场发展空间和潜力。 Collagen had good physical properties and biological characteristics, and had been widely applied in many fields such as chemical industry, food, medicine, biomaterial, and agriculture,among which collagen-based biomaterials had great application potential and wide market space. The structure and functional features of collagen and its application in cosmetics, biomaterials, feed, retanning agent and film forming materials in finishing were introduced in this paper.
