摘　　要： 本文应用全面质量管理的理念,针对外来工培训中社会、企业和学员的实际需求,以数字化学习港为依托,设计外来工培训的内部质量保障体系结构。 Based on the full quality control theory, this article probes into the actual demands of the society, enterprises and learners in migrant workers' training, and designs an internal quality maintenance system relying on digital learning harbors.
