摘　　要： 环孢子虫是一种新出现的致病性球虫,经食物或水源传播,可引起人和动物胃肠炎和持续性腹泻,引起全球关注。本文仅对其病原生物学、流行病学及诊断方法等方面的研究进展进行综述。 Cyclospora, a coccidian parasite, with a fecal-oral life cycle, has become recognized worldwide as an emerging pathogen. It caused human and animal gastro-intestinal illness and chronic diarrhea. Molecular and pathogenesis information on the emerging pathogen is still scarce. The aim of this review is to summarise the current status of knowledge about Cyclospora, including the etiology, epidemiology and diagnosis aspects.
