摘 要: 利用MATLAB优化工具箱对两级行星齿轮传动机构进行多目标优化设计,以体积(重量)最小、传递效率最高作为优化目标,建立多目标优化数学模型。结合算例,给出最优参数求解步骤以及所用方法的特点,为两级行星齿轮传动机构优化设计提供指导。 Explored the use of MATLAB optimization toolbox for multi-objective optimization design of the two-stage planetary gear transmission mechanism, to reduce its volume ( weight ) and improve transmission efficiency were optimization objectives, a multi-objective optimization mathematical model was established. With the example, the steps for the optimal parameters and the characteristics of the methods were given to guide optimization design of the two-stage planetary gear transmission mechanism.
