摘 要: 为了探索提高刨花板力学性能的途径,采用多因素试验方法,对25mm刨花板进行热处理。结果表明:时间和温度对刨花板力学性能都会产生一定影响,其中时间对刨花板的内结合强度、静曲强度影响较大,而温度则对刨花板内结合强度的影响较为显著。由此给出了一种较为合理的热处理工艺参数,同时指出了继续研究的方向。 In order to explore a way to improve the mechanical properties of shaving board, heat treatment for 25 mm shaving board by means of multi-factor method is performed. The results indicate that time period and temperature of heat treatment have some influence on the mechanical properties of shaving board. Time period strongly effects inner binding strength and static bending strength; and temperature also effects the inner binding strength significantly. Reasonable parameters of heat treatment technology are provided, the direction of following research is also pointed out.
