摘 要: 对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮基础上分别饲喂添加0.1%、0.3%和0.5%壳聚糖的饲粮,试验21 d。结果表明,在49日龄的黄羽肉鸡日粮添加0.1%的壳聚糖能明显提高试验期内平均日增重(P<0.05),而添加0.3%和0.5%的壳聚糖有降低平均日增重的趋势;添加0.1%、0.3%和0.5%的壳聚糖能显著降低血清总胆固醇含量(P<0.05),有提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量和降低血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量的趋势,显著提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的比值(P<0.05),但对血清中的总蛋白和尿酸含量无明显的影响(P>0.05)。 The Control Group was fed on basal diet, and the Trial Groups were fed the basal diet plus adding 0.1% , 0.3% and 0.5% chitosan respectively. The trial lasted 21 days to study the effect of chitosan on average daily gain and biochemical parameters serum of yellow-feathered broilers. The results showed that the average daily gain was increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) by adding 0.1% chitosan and tended to be decreased by adding 0.3% and 0.5% chitosan. High density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum tended to be increased and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum tended to be reduced and ratio of High density lipoprotein cholesterol to low density lipoprotein cholesterol was increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05) by adding 0.1% , 0.3% and 0.5% chitosan. But the total protein and uric acid in blood were not significantly different( P 〉 0.05 ).
