摘 要: 采用多效唑对红秋葵种子进行浸种,以研究多效唑对红秋葵幼苗生长与生理活性的影响效果,为培育茁壮的红秋葵幼苗提供理论依据。试验结果表明,用浓度2 mg·L-1、4 mg·L-1的多效唑浸种,对红秋葵种子的发芽势、发芽率、出苗率影响不大,没有明显的抑制效果;用6 mg·L-1的多效唑处理,会在一定程度上降低种子的发芽势、发芽率、出苗率。同时,多效唑能提高种子的简易活力指数,有效矮化红秋葵幼苗高度,增加幼苗的茎秆粗度,优化幼苗的株型,增加叶片的叶绿素a、b含量和叶绿素总量,提高幼苗SOD和POD活性。其中以4 mg·L-1的多效唑浸种效果最好。 To study the influence of PP333 on growth and physiological activities of red okra seedling, three concentrations of paclohutrazol (PP333) were adopted to soaking red okra (Abeloschs eseulentus Moeneh) seeds for studying the influence of PP333 in growth and physiological activities of red okra seedling. The result of the experiment indicated: the 2 mg·L^-1,4 mg·L^-1 concentrations of PP333 had to significant influence on the burgeoning, germination and seedling emergence of the red okra seeds. PP333 could improve the vigor index, shorten young plants height effectively, increase seedling stem diameter, optimize the shape of the plant, increase the contellt of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and the total ehlorophyll,and improve the activity of SOD and POD of the red okra young plants. The 4 mg·L^-1 concentration of PP333 had the hest effect.
